bought this for my shoulder and its fantastic. The glue sticks so well it is such strong adhesive, great tape helps hold everything just where it should be :-)

Leuko tape
Brought this as the physio recomended i did a search & wrongly chose this one its to elasticated to do a lot of good looks like its ba k to the drawing board *Physical Sports Response* Leukotape K is a kinesiology tape. Kinesiology tape is supposed to be stretchy. A high level of stretch is a fundamental element of the specification for kinesiology tape. Are you sure your physio didn't recommend Leukotape P? That's a different tape in the Leukotape range, and it does not stretch.
