The Teyder Silver Hand & Wrist Brace with Palmar Stabiliser is a metacarpal brace designed to stabilise and immobilise the structure of the wrist in order to provide the optimum healing position for injuries such as tendinitis and moderate sprains. It is also suitable for use as a post-surgical brace. A stabiliser in the brace runs up the inside of the wrist and the palm to hold the wrist in the correct position.
