Actimove StepLite are flexible gel heel cushions designed to be inserted into shoes or trainers to provide extra shock absorption and protect the feet and legs from injury.

  • Ideal for treatment and prevention of over-use injuries to the foot and lower leg, such as plantar fasciitis, MTSS and shin splints
  • Flexible and comfortable, can be worn inside a range of footwear
  • Suitable for use in sport or during day-to-day activities

Actimove StepLite come in two sizes.  Small is suitable for shoe sizes less than UK 8.  Large is suitable for shoe sizes above UK 8.  Supplied in pairs.
