The Infant/Child Smart Pads Cartridge is the paediatric electrode set for the Philips Heartstart HS1 defibrillator. The entire cartridge is fitted onto the defibrillator in the same way as with the adult smart pads. When these pads are inserted the defibrillator reduces its shock power and adjusts its voice instructions for safe use with children.
For use with children under 8 years old or weighing less than 25kg. Compatible only with the Philips Heartstart HS1 defibrillator.
