Our Basic Reusable Hot & Cold Pack is a plastic, gel-filled hot/cold pack for use in providing hot or cold therapy to injuries and areas of stiffness or soreness.
- For cold therapy, chill the pack in the fridge or freezer and apply to the injury
- For heat therapy, carefully warm the pack in the microwave and apply to the injury
- Put the pack in a cover or wrap in a towel before placing it against the skin
The gel in this pack is water-based and completely non-toxic. It will remain flexible even at low temperatures. Pack measures approx 12 x 28cm. This hot/cold pack is compatible with our reusable elasticated cold pack cover and with our 13 x 30cm disposable cold pack cover.
