UK Delivery Times
We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to dispatch all orders promptly so you should receive yours within 3 working days. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please contact us.
If you select standard delivery, smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 while orders weighing more than 2kg or worth more than £25 may be sent via DPD (a tracked service) or Royal Mail Tracked 48. Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday are usually dispatched on Monday.
We also offer a fully tracked express delivery service within the UK. Express delivery orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD (depending on size) and will usually arrive next working day if ordered before 2pm. However, if it is very important that your items are dispatched same day, you may still wish to call us to place your order. Normal express deliveries take place Monday to Friday. If you require a Saturday delivery on the express service, you will need to call us to arrange it and there is an additional charge. Note that we usually cannot dispatch same day if your order is placed after 2pm, but you are welcome to call us to check. Delivery time on the express service is usually 1 working day from dispatch.
None of the delivery time frames we quote are offered as guarantees of service - they're simply good-faith estimates based on our previous experience with our chosen carriers.
UK Delivery Charges
We have a simple and transparent scale of delivery charges. Our current standard delivery prices are:
- £2.99 for orders up to £25.00 (usually Royal Mail 48)
- £3.99 for orders between £25.00 and £75.00 (usually Royal Mail 48 or DPD)
- Free for orders over £75.00 (usually DPD)
These rates include VAT and are available for most UK orders placed on our website. Some orders for remote or non-mainland destinations may require a surchage to be paid if they contain more than 2 aerosols and/or certain large/heavy items (i.e. anything that can't be sent by normal post.) If in doubt, please just call us to check.
Express Delivery costs £5.94 inc VAT in the UK. You can also check the exact delivery costs for your order by adding the items you want to buy to your basket, and then using the 'estimate shipping and tax' option on the shopping basket page.
You will have the opportunity to review all delivery charges prior to completing your purchase on our website.
We will send an email confirmation when your order is dispatched. So please make sure you give us a working email address when you checkout. Please do not give us a 'forwarding' email, as these invariably do not work because they fail the sender policy framework. If you're sure you placed an order with us but have not received a confirmation email, it is probably because you made a typo in your email address or because our messages are being caught by your spam filter. In this case, you are very welcome to contact us to double-check. If you also provide us with a mobile phone number, the courier will send you a text on the day of delivery to indicate an approximate delivery time. (This does not apply to smaller orders dispatched with Royal Mail.)
Returns & Cancellations
If for some reason we have delivered the wrong goods to you or if they are damaged or defective we will make every effort to sort the problem out. Please make sure that your returns arrive back at Physical Sports Limited in good condition. Unless the goods arrive with you in a damaged or defective state you are responsible for the cost of return postage. For full details of our return and cancellation policy, please see Part 8 of our Terms and Conditions.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may give you certain rights to cancel your order for any reason. We are obliged to give you access to information on your right to cancel in a durable medium. Therefore, you may download and print this information here (click). This document includes a cancellation form that you may print out and post back to us. Alternatively, you can contact us regarding cancellations using this cancellation form (click to open). Notwithstanding these rights, we request that you always contact us first before returning any items. Phone or email is the best way to get in touch with us.
Republic of Ireland
We are very happy to accept online, telephone or email orders for the Republic of Ireland. For online orders we offer a single delivery option for the Republic charged at £15.78 inc UK VAT. This is a fully tracked courier service good for most single parcels weighing up to 25kg. This is usually pretty good value for larger/heavier orders. If what you want to order is small or light, we may be able to get you a cheaper delivery quote by using Royal Mail - but in this case you will need to order by phone or email. In addition we're usually happy to send deliveries to parcel motels in the north, which will give you access to our standard UK delivery charges (see above.) In this case, at checkout please put the parcel motel details in the 'shipping address' fields and you own address in the 'billing address' fields - we will not dispatch if the parcel motel address is in both fields.
We accept online orders for delivery within the UK, to EU member states and to the Isle of Man. Deliveries to EU member states are charged at a flat rate for any consignment weighing up to 31kg (25kg in Ireland) and are carried by road transit. Please use the 'estimate shipping' tool in the shopping basket to see the flat rate for your country.
If you are outside the EU, please contact our sales office on +44 (0)1943 662155 or firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements, so that we can provide a quote with accurate tax and delivery. It is helpful if you can send us an email showing exactly what you want to order, and include your phone number, email address and the complete delivery address. All overseas orders must be paid for in British pounds. Goods are dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds.
You are responsible for any import duties or taxes. We will complete all customs forms accurately and honestly - so please do not ask us to mark your consignment as a gift or commercial sample.
